The hotel serves daily delicious Cypriot and traditional breakfast including hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, nescafé, frappe, hot or cold chocolate, and mountain tea, then we offer butter, homemade jam made by the hands of Mrs. Katina.
Fresh Cypriot mountain halloumi, cheese, fresh anari, crushed olives with genuine olive oil and oregano, tomatoes and cucumbers from the village fields, pork ham, turkey, mortadella, boiled eggs, hot bread or toast, etc.
All our dishes, in the pot, roasted, in the pan, in the oven, on the charcoal, and more are fresh, genuine, pure, and traditional and we use only Cypriot products such as meats, potatoes, greens, and fish.
The fish arrive at the hotel every morning from the Cypriot seas and are sometimes still alive. We do not buy or sell any imported or frozen ingredients. That’s the big difference between us and everyone else.
